The girls then treated us to a play they had written and partly recorded on Photo Booth. They are a talented bunch and VERY enthusiastic!
We finished the week with a great lesson from Mr Rex about responsibility. He used the context of the upcoming Olympic games to get his message across. We then passed around a symbolic Olympic Torch.
Many of the children said that they had never tried some of these bread varieties before.
As we tasted we recorded what each bread looked like, felt like and smelled like.
The French Stick (or Baguette) was very popular also.
As part of our Inquiry into bread we had a sampling session and tried many different types of bread from around the world. Here the boys enjoy some croissant!
